Experience of the beautiful horseshoe falls view! (Make sure you don’t pick city view or falls view as that’s US falls! If you want Canada side falls view it’s Horseshoe falls and pick higher floor for even a better experience. We got 20th floor) Clean room Location

-Great location close to the falls -Big room, with a separated living room -Room with a great view from the falls -Equipped with microwave, mini bar, coffee machine, iron -Good size of the bathroom, great amenities -Huge and comfortable bed -Hotel has many stores and restaurants inside

Lots of helpful employees that were great. Room view was awesome.

The keg, TGI Fridays, and Starbucks are all directly attached to the hotel and there’s an arcade inside the hotel as well. The vouchers they provide are useful too, don’t skip out on them.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows were amazing! The hotel was also beautiful inside. Buffet was good but nothing special, (the usual breakfast buffet). Overall the staff was amazing and the location of the hotel is great as well. The view we had was amazing with the upgrade we paid for, what was said to have a better view of the Falls.
